Download catalogue The hose is suitable for transport of milk and milky products, vegetable fats and oils, fruit juices, oil and fatty foodstuff and alcoholic liquids with an alcohol percentage of 96%. The butyl tube is very suitable for higher temperatures and higher concentrations of acids and alkalis and therefore extremely suitable for CIP cleaning. The special designed microbes resistant cover protects against the formation of mold and bacteria. The hose is very flexible due to the corrugated cover in combination with the twin-spiral construction and therefore suitable for loading and unloading of tanks. The Milkcord®/SP/Butyl can also be handled easily due to the light weight construction.
The resistance of any hoses is always depending on the temperature of the conveyed medium. The working pressure information is at 20 C.

Technical specifications:
It is a cleaning and multipurpose hose for the food industry, and recommended for hot water and steam cleaning in large kitchens, slaughterhouses and the food industry’s processing plants etc. Because of its flexibility, it works well coiling up on to a hose reel. The exterior of the hose is persistent against poultry's fat.
It is suitable for food transporting, especially for milk and other dairy products, also for fruit juices, animal and vegetable fats and oils.
After use, you have to let out of the left over water or steam. The use of the hose with overheated steam causes premature aging. Ask for our advice especially, if you plan to use it with steam!
The hose is in line with the regulations, according to the EG1935/2004, BfR XXI:2002(KAT2), FDA (CFR21 § 177.2600).

Technical specifications:
Hygienic / Dairy coupling with swivel nut. It is suitable for the two-piece coupling mounting, made from stainless steel AISI 304.
The coupling material can be stainless steel or aluminium.
It fits with the common hose diameters. With mounting together the couplings it results in a blind spot free connection for the better cleaning.

The multipurpose food quality suction, and discharge hose is suitable for animal and vegetable fats and oils transport, and extremely persistent against alcohol, up to 96% alcohol content, for example wine, distillate, grape must, fruit juices etc.
It is phthalate and animal derivatives free. The hose is flexible, even on low temperature. It has a great resistance against chemical medium, which occurs during cleaning.
