Download catalogue The rubber layflat hose is for multipurpose use. It's suitable for air, oil, petrol, and it’s moderately acid and alkali resistant. The hose has a good heat, ageing and ozone resistance. It has a great bearing capacity because of the tensile strength of the fabric insertion. It is ozone and ageing resistant.
The hose is lightweight and can be transported in a small space even with full diameter.
In case of the use of air, the recommended operating pressure is the 25% of the fracturing pressure.
With the tensile strength data, you have take in account, that in case of permanent use, the load can’t be bigger than the 1/3 of the given rate.
For the couplings mounting, ask for our advice! The sharp hose end can damage the hose or its interior.

Bursting pressure: operating pressure x 3
Heat resistance: -20°C / +80 °C, for short time +100°C (water)
Structure: NBR/PVC mix, which was pressed into the fabric during extrusion, the exterior longitudinally corrugated for the better abrasion resistance

Technical specifications:
The hose clamp is made of wide, two times galvanized steel. The edges of the one-piece steel band, with a steel bolt and a mother hexagon, are rounded.
Naturally we break the box, but in case of buying a whole amount of it, we can give a bigger discount.
